Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Veo3Cheap's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Use of Services

You may use our services subject to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Content and Intellectual Property

Regarding content created using our services:

• You retain ownership of the content you create
• You grant us a license to process and store your content for service provision
• You must not create content that violates others' intellectual property rights

Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Veo3Cheap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
